Our two larger rooms are suitable for party hire as they are not carpeted.
The Youth Room is on the ground floor with adjoining kitchen with a hatch, and can be hired in conjunction with the outside court.
The Hall is upstairs, with access to the first floor kitchen along the corridor.
Availability can be seen via our online calendar whereby provisional bookings can be made by interacting with the online calendar.
Hire Rates
- £80 for up to 4 hrs – Hall or Youth Room
- £70 for up to 3 hours – Hall or Youth Room
- £70 up to 4 hours/ £60 up to 3 hrs – Large Community Room (carpeted)
- £60 up to 4 hours/ £50 up to 3 hrs – Small Community Room (carpeted)
- Additional time is charged pro rata by the hour.
We ask that both the room and the kitchen are left clean ready for another user to hire.
Outside entertainers are welcome providing they have public liability insurance and any electrical equipment is Portable Appliance Tested.
Bouncy castles. Hall: The height restriction for bouncy castles is either: 10ft if underneath the heaters (at either end of the room); or if between the heaters, a height of 14ft with a width of 15ft. The Youth Room has a much lower ceiling and a bouncy castle could not be higher that 7 1/2 ft. in height.
tKC is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. If you wish to serve or sell alcohol at a function, please discuss this with tKC staff. A licence will be required if you are selling alcohol.
Parents/guardians must remain in attendance during children’s parties.
