Mum and Baby Yoga – 4 week course

Thursday’s 10.30 – 11.30am. Term time. Starting 22nd Feb.

A perfect opportunity to make beautiful memories with your little one, deepening your connection through movement and touch whilst also incorporating gentle strengthening work and flexibility to support you in your postnatal recovery.

In this friendly and relaxed class, babies will engage in a delightful interactive experience through rhymes, movement and sensory props and mums can enjoy some all-important bodywork, breathwork and an opportunity to chat with other mums! With a baked goodie and a cuppa at the end, there is really no better place to be with your little one.

Suitable from after your 6 week check if you had an uncomplicated delivery, or 12 weeks
after a caesarean section/complicated delivery all the way up until your little one starts crawling.
