What we do and how you can support us.

the Kenilworth Centre is a charity delivering multiple family and community activities, the Kenilworth Centre is a charity delivering multiple family and community activities. These include: Pop up family cinema, Pop up Cafe during holiday periods, Community Hubs Radio Abbey and Rain or Shine playgroup.

We also work in partnership with Compassionate Kenilworth to offer a range of activities and support systems for the isolated and those finding themselves on the margins of the community. We deliver cost of living events such as Community Kitchen, Music and Dinner events, Board Games Hub as well as provision for emergency food vouchers and we work in collaboration with school to provide breakfast and lunch provision.

There are several ways you can support us to support the community:

Youth Work

We provide 2 youth club sessions within a safe and educational environment for young people to enjoy meeting each other, learning informally and trying activities. Our team are all qualified and provide advice and guidance to young people at this important life stage.

tKC delivers one to one youth work via Mentors & Counsellors. Short courses to address wellbeing such as Arts & Crafts, Yoga, Kickboxing and even creating a youth radio show. We plan to run young mens groups later this year. We run term time youth club on a friday evening for ages 10 – 18.

Youth Wellbeing Hub – We set up this service to support the mental health need of young people aged 11-19 in Kenilworth and provide FREE mentoring and Counselling.

These services wouldn’t exist in Kenilworth if it wasn’t for the work of the Kenilworth Centre. So remember when you are giving to tKC you are helping to keep you young people and the community safe and insipred.

We have been fortunate enough to have been accepted on the Local Giving scheme, run by the Heart of England Foundation.

As part of Local Giving, they not only give us access to a fee-free online payment scheme, they also run matched funding days throughout the year.

Double your Donation! Sign up to our mailing list and stay informed of when these matched funding days take place.

Supporting the community is at the heart of everything we do. As a charity we rely solely on room hire income, donations, grants and fundraising.

Please make a donation today or if you would like more information on about the centre, please contact us.

Your support means a lot to us and our community.
