Move Through Menopause

Move Through Menopause is a new class using Essential Somatics® movement to release, re-align and restore the body.

The hormonal changes that we go through cause the muscles at the centre of the body to become stiffer and more restricted than they were before. We feel the impact of this in our shoulders, spine, knees, hips and feet.

This mat-work class releases this chronic tightness, and brings balance and ease of movement to our entire system.

Judy is a former dancer, a senior teacher of the Pilates and Gyrotonic methods and an Essential Somatics Movement Teacher.
