Based on a range of over 50 routines, with easy to follow steps, DDMIX provides a full body work out which is fun, entertaining and stimulates the body and mind. With short routines and easy to follow steps DDMIX is suitable for all ages! No dance experience necessary – just enthusiasm and a pair of trainers to come and have some fun!
