Total Yoga is a yoga program which develops flexibility, trains strength and encourages mindfulness. Different styles of yoga – hatha, vinyasa and power – are used alternately for a varied experience each session. Beth, who has 4 years of yoga study and training in India, is bringing this traditional practise with a modern twist to Kenilworth.
